Matthew Schwartzkopf has been an avid shooter and outdoorsman his entire life. At an early age he would go hunting and fishing with his father every chance he could. He began shooting competitive 3-D archery tournaments in his early teens, but it wasn’t till his early 20’s that he began shooting firearms competitively. Matthew has shot trap, skeet, sporting clays and practical pistol (USPSA) competitively. In 2011, Matthew began shooting F Class. Since then he has won Gold Medals as a member of the 2014 America Match team and USA F/TR Team Blue during the 2015 Southwest Nationals; a Bronze Medal as a member of USA Development Team Red during the 2013 Southwest Nationals. Matthew also took home a Gold medal for an individual match in the 2014 F Class National Championships, 3rd place in the 2015 Southwest Nationals, and 2nd place in the 2013 & 2014 Arizona State Mid-Range Championships. Matthew works for the Arizona Game and Fish Department as the Assistant Range Manager for the Ben Avery Shooting Facility. In his spare time he also works for Applied Ballistics Munitions (ABM Ammo).
